AMAGANSETT BEACH HOUSE
Amagansett, NY
Across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, this laid-back beach house is nestled in dunes and sensitve wetlands. MPLA utilized pervious surfaces for the driveway and walkways, allowing stormwater to filter through the sand before making its way back into the groundwater. Low-maintenance decking surfaces were designed to help filter sand off little feet after long days at the beach.
